Two double rooms available (one on the ground floor) with en suite or private bath/shower rooms, T.V. and coffee/tea making facilities in both rooms.

Located between Gorran and Boswinger, approx. one and a half miles from Hemmick beach and coastal paths leading to other secludes coves, such as Vault Beach.

Approximately 3 miles from the attractive little fishing harbour of Mevagissey and within 5 miles of the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and approx 16 miles from the Eden Project.

St. Austell is approx. 10 miles away and the Cathedral City of Truro approx. 15 miles.

A good choice of pubs and restaurants are within easy reach for lunchtime or evening meals, serving local produce and fresh local fish.

The beautiful Roseland Pennisula, the principle village being St Mawes at its southern end, with the 15th century castle and an all year round ferry to Falmouth, is within 12 miles. The mild climate make it a haven for sub tropical shrubs and trees. There are many quiet beaches and secret creeks with superb cliff and country walks.
